 Gentle Memories of the 60'sMar 07, 2010
I am a music lover. I'm also an octagenarian (sp?) Was a teenager during the Big Band era, and yes, I hv many CD's of the well known performers of that time. Also loved the music my teenagers listened to in the 60's. The subject CD is great. If one is a true music lover it can transport you back to that era whenever you hear certain songs. Remembering where you were and whom you were with when you listened. Great memories. This contained a great selection, and was everything that was promised.

Yes - I'm a "senior" - but this collection is timeless. Great background music while working. I think they are all original artists, so they are true to the "hits" they were at the time. Very enjoyable.

There were mostly good songs from days gone by. The radio is a wasteland now, so if you want to hear something. then I guess you have to pay for it.

Music is the one link that can take our minds away from day to day strife.When I am listening to these songs I reminded of a less stressful time. Each song evokes a special memory.

This CD brings to mind many moments of the 60s. It was very fun to listen to disc 1. Have 3 more to listen to.
