Excellent cookbook.Feb 17, 2010 We checked this book out of the library. After one renewal, we decided it was a keeper. We purchased one copy for ourselves and one for a friend.
The format is reasonable - the recipes are easy to understand and the pictures are quite good. More importantly the recipes are very good. If you have problems with high blood pressure or concerns about your diet - this is an excellent book. Food that is good for you doesn't have to taste bad.

Great photos and recipes!Feb 12, 2010 This book has excellent recipes. Many photos of the dishes are enclosed, as well as easy to follow directions. An excellent value.

Blood Pressure BookAug 01, 2009 Bought this book for my mom who has very high blood pressure. She has not only eaten healthier to reduce her blood pressure, but she also enjoyed trying the new recipes.

eat to beat high blood pressureDec 26, 2008 This book with the Dash diet is good according to it menus not only for bloos pressure but also for high cholesterol.
Also check out Dr. Gott for helpful health hints.
