This book is perfect for any questions you have about using food to help your body. We all know chicken soup helps colds, but did you know?... This book will tell you exactly what's special about each food and what part of the body or disease it helps. Combat any health problems you have with this common sense food guide.

This book is excellent if you are trying to find natural ways to fix problems related to your body. The book gives great practical suggestions and all recomendations can be find at your local whole foods or regular grocery store. Like many of these types of books it does recommend that you make permanent dietary changes and you should see some relief in whatever your condition is, but the book is great and I would highly recommend it.
