 Monthly versus issue billing???Jul 22, 2010
The physical edition bills for 10 issues per year. the Kindle edition bills monthly but only delivers the same 10 issues per year! That means that some months you will see a monthly billing on your Kindle but not receive a readers Digest Edition for that month. This is confusing and needs to be adjusted to a per edition billing or an annual billing with a clear indication (there is no indication of this that I could find now!) that the annual price covers only 10 editions annually. Definitely needs clarification!

 Problem receiving when wireless offJul 22, 2010
I have always ejoyed Reader's Digest. I even had a paper subscription before I bought my Kindle. I did not receive an issue on my kindle. When I called Amazon to inquire I was suprised to learn that if Whispernet (wireless) is turned off Reader's Digest will only try to deliver for 5 days and it will then skip the entire issue but still bill you. This review is just a heads up for all you subscribers! Never leave your Whispernet off for more than a few days. Also there is currently no way to retrieve the issue once it is missed.

Why is this product only available to the USA
I have and use Kindle on my iPad.
The Readers Digest as an App will not allow me to adjust my screen to my required settings.

 June/July is combined double issueJul 18, 2010
For those of you who haven't looked at the cover, the June issue is combined with July as a double issue. RD only publishes 10 issues a year so there should be one more double issue during the year.

I have always been an advid fan of Reader's Digest, but I now own a Kindle and I read everything on it. So since Reader's Digest can't get the Kindle issue out in a timely fashion they have lost a reader.
