The book arrived on schedule in good condition as was described. The price was very excellent! I was surprised to find so many practical, useful tips and look forward to having the time to try some of what it teaches. I'm very delighted with this purchase.

I enjoy any book that saves me money, and my husband enjoys any book I don't buy because that saves us money. However, this book he found useful. There are many useful tips, some of which I learned decades ago and some which were "light bulb" moments. This book is great if you don't already have a half dozen similar books and it's okay if you do.

What a great house warming gift! This book has so many tips in it and some practical advice as well. Yes some things are very obvious however it gives you time lines to complete tasks and keep you on track with maintenance. Also quick fixes... "If a vinyl tile on your floor shifts place aluminum foil over the tile and heat it with an iron then shift the tile back in place."
Handy little tips that save you time and money.
