I love this magazine!Jun 25, 2008
This is the most utilized cooking magazine I've ever subscribed to. I liked it so much, that I got my mom a subscription. The recipes are, in fact, simple and delicious. I was gifted a subcription to Cooking Light, but I get bogged down in all the ingredients, and therefore never use it. But in this magazine, the recipes are short, simple, utilize short-cuts, and are easy to follow. I work a full time job, and don't have a lot of time to devote to cooking. This magazine makes it easy to get home at 6:30 or 7:00 and have a great meal made in 30 minutes. I would recommend it to anyone who is busy or just likes to simplify. If you are a gourmet, then this magazine is not for you. But, if you enjoy making tasty meals with little time or effort, then this is for you.

This magazine is packed with delicious 30 minute meals. The ingredients are easy to find at any grocery store and the meals really can be made in 30 minutes. I don't have much time to cook after work, but this magazine makes it easy to whip up impressive, tasty dinners. Even though you only get 6 magazines a year, it's worth it because there are so many recipes in each issue (and no advertising).
