Taste of Home's Complete Guide to BakingDec 04, 2009
I received this book just in time for Thanksgiving. I had lost my recipes for pie dough but found what seemed to be the same in this cookbook. My pie dough turned out great and just in time for Thanksgiving. Will definitely be using this for other items.

Great basic baking book/referenceNov 14, 2008
I've owned this book for several years, and I highly recommend picking up a copy of it. I refer to it often. I am employed as a baker for a coffee house, and I use lots of recipes from this book for both at home and the shop. The book covers a wide range of types of baking....cookies, breads (both yeast and quick breads), muffins and coffee cakes, cakes and pies, etc. When I am looking for a baking recipe, this is the book I turn to the most, even more than other baking books I have by Taste of Home.
