 The Ultimate Soup CookbookFeb 16, 2010
I have several cookbooks at home, but, this is by far the best cookbook I have ever purchased. I don't know when I'll be able to make all the receipies I want to try the book has over 900, but, everyone I have made so far have been wonderful.
Buy this book you won't be sorry!

I purchased this book as part of a Christmas gift for a niece. Of all the items that I gifted her with, this one received the most praise/raves. So, I would assume it is good.

We received this book as a gift and have just purchased it as a gift for someone else. We make several of the recipes often and are always trying new ones. There are so many in the book you never run out of choices.

This is a good book for soups. It has a little commentary above each soup which enhances interest. Also helpful is the number of servings.

I have never seen such a good collection of soup, stew and chowder recipes all in one place. They are simple enough thay almost anyone could make them, and the ones I've tried so far have gone over very well with my family. There is a huge variety, so no matter what you like, you'll find it in this book.
