Surprisingly good bookMar 17, 2010 We were quite surprised with the quality and content of this book. We figured by being a Reader's Digest book, it would be a lot of filler material without much substance. On the contrary, it is full of good information and facts about foods that I never knew. There are lots of genuinely useful hints and tips as well. I think every single recipe has an accompanying picture of the dish which helps us choose what we would like to prepare as well as prove that the recipe actually makes what it says. Too many other cookbooks have untested recipes or recipes with errors, not so with this one. High quality in every aspect: binding, color photos, delicious recipes, and most of all healthy food combinations. I highly recommend.
